The Family Ties Referral process is as follows:

1. Client completes our Referral Form and returns it to us along with both parties signed agreement. Please contact us for a copy of our Referral Form (details below).

2. A Family Ties Director will complete intake assessments over the phone with both parents (approximately 1.5 hours per assessment)

3. A meet and greet session is arranged between the allocated supervisor and the child/ren.

4. The Contact Visit takes place.

5. A written report is prepared by Family Ties and shared with both parties.
