FAMILY TIES SUPERVISED CHILD CONTACT & VISITATION SERVICES

The Family Ties Contact Service provides a range of supervised child contact services across the Sydney Metropolitan area, Newcastle and the Central Coast.

Our Team

Our service is managed by two qualified social workers who each have over 20 years of experience in the areas of child protection, family law and supervised contact provision.

Our supervisors come from a range of professional backgrounds and are provided with regular supervision and training.  This ensures that they uphold the integrity, professionalism and high standards we set for our Service.

Our team members have experience, training and knowledge in all areas related to family law including child protection and family violence.

All of our supervisors are rigorously assessed, hold a current first aid certificate and have both National Police and Working with Children Checks.

They are highly capable of managing challenging situations whilst maintaining a sensitive and compassionate manner.

Our primary focus is to provide an independent, specialised service to the families we support.

The safety and wellbeing of the child is always our highest priority and at the heart of everything we do.

The welfare of the child is central to all decisions we make regarding client intake, assessments, reporting and supervised visits.
